The CareCredit credit card allows its customers to get the health and wellness care they need for themselves, their family and their pets ensuring all have financial access.
At our agency, the CareCredits’ full team included 6 members from account directors, project managers, copywriters, and myself as the lead art director. During this time we were producing over 100K worth of work every month.

The Ask:
Refresh the New Cardholder Awareness series through the lens of the relationship stage and customer needs.
Create designs that are fluid, organic, dynamic, and intuitive while being less grid like.
When thinking about CareCredit as a credit card brand, it is inherently and authentically more emotional than other brands due to the help with healthcare expenses.
We leveraged this emotion and created a strategy to showcase a rewarding relationship with the CareCredit Mastercard. Through the designs we showcased real examples of how spending in different categories leads to rewards putting the relationship back in CRM. This strategy drove awareness and engagement among CareCredit Mastercard holders.
This specific campaign consisted of a 3 email series and social media ads targeted to current cardholders.
The Card That Can
This new concept takes CareCredit’s outdated outline box element and evolves it, using it to highlight important moments that can occur with the help of CareCredit.
This updated campaign gives movement to the designs while bringing awareness to the subject matter. This campaign direction brings sophistication and care to the CareCredit credit card.
